  I can't comment on the quality of work, but I will comment on my experience. They agreed to come out today (a Saturday) at 9:30 am to give us a quote on a patio. No one ever showed up. I called and left a voicemail at 9:45 am asking where they were. I received a call back around 7 pm saying he had three Stephanies he was working with and he had to work today. I said it would have been nice to get a call and we'll find someone else. Then he hung up on me.
