  I only selected one star as I had to select something in order to write this review. I am most appalled by the services of this company. I hired them on two occasions to rent out my condo. It was no small fee at $1100. The first tenant left after 6 months of their 1 year lease, and I decided to go with Huntley Realty again as I thought my first experience went ok. (I had even referred one of my friends who also used them and paid their service charge.) I paid the fee of $1100 although now I hear that most realtors will give a discount or do this service for free if a tenant leaves during their lease commitment, plus I brought them in business! Huntley Realty found me a new tenant in not even 3-4 days, not much work at all for their hefty fee. Now five months late, I come to find out how much work this agency did not complete when finding my tenant. Everything on their rental application was a lie, and Huntley Reality never caught any of that when they claimed that everything was verified. And, apparantly background checks are not completed as part of their one month rent fee....I've come to find out that I have someone with a quite large criminal background living in my unit. Ohhhh how I wish I would have known better than to go with them. That's why I'm writing my review so others do not make the same mistake. Since I've come across my new information and presented it to thier agency, I have not received responses from my e-mails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Plus now I have a tenant that is not paying rent. This is one realtor who could care less about their customers. Please look elsewhere when contacting an agent to rent your home!!
