  Worst mistake of our lives! We called Wuich Mechanical weeks ago and they still haven't been able to fix our AC. We paid 600+ dollars after the diagnosis and they came by to fix the unit. The tech left and said it was fixed. The unit never worked and had to call them back, they charged us again another 400+ dollars. Still not fixed. The tech has been to our house 5+ times and our AC still does not work. Called Wuich and John Wuich (the owner) said his tech told him it was working so it must be working. I told him no the AC does not work and it is 90 degrees in our house. He says to me "are you calling my tech a liar?" and yells at me and my mom. The owner John Wuich is a jerk! The customer service lady who always answers the phone is awesome! She is the best thing about this company, she totally understands our situation. After paying $1000 + for service, we just want our AC fixed. It's too hot~
